Founded in suburban Petaling Jaya by a cooperative of idealistic rock and pop obsessives, the Payola Recording Co aspires to be a vibrant, idiosyncratic and aesthetically driven record label committed to releasing quality local music that circumvents fashion but is never out of style either.
